Celebrating Our Culture and Diversity for International Women's Day

In honor of International Women's Day, hear from Linnea Rooke, Customer Success Manager, and Tracy Posadowski, Head of Marketing about their experiences when it comes to being a woman in technology and what it's like working at KredosAi.

Linnea Rooke - Customer Success Manager

I've spent over a decade in male-dominated professions and athletics. It's been both a blessing and a welcomed challenge as I learn how to leverage my own unique combination of skills, experience, and personality to bring value, and to do work that I love.

As a pro mountain biker, I had a special opportunity to find my own niche. Being a female with a relatable demeanor, I was well-situated to make an intimidating sport feel more approachable and attainable for millions of riders around the world.

In my careers in tech and healthcare, I had to search deeper to find this fit. While many workplace factors are external, I discovered that my greatest gains came from internal reflection. As a people-pleaser, I was not necessarily inclined to advocate for myself. Sometimes I presented myself in a way that wasn't confident, despite being over-prepared and plenty qualified. And as a perfectionist, while it came from a place of caring, it was easy to ruminate or overthink in a way that wasn't serving me or using my time efficiently. I know many people can relate to this! I didn't need to change who I was at my core, but having some awareness helped me break down the limitations I had created for myself.

I've been fortunate to find roles and companies that empower me to use my natural strengths, and to have leaders who make me feel truly valued. At KredosAi, I am surrounded by brilliant minds, each with an enormous wealth of skills and experience. While it’d be easy to feel intimidated, the KredosAi team makes me feel confident, supported, and valued for my contributions. Each of us, regardless of gender, bring diverse abilities, backgrounds, and mindsets that enrich our common goal. I'm grateful to be a woman in tech, and in an environment that makes me feel so appreciated for what makes me unique.

Tracy Posadowski - Head of Marketing

I’m pleased to say that gender parity in tech has moved forward during my 20+ years working in this space. Little by little, we are seeing more women in roles that were traditionally male-dominated, an increase in female founders, and companies doing more than just offering lip service to DEI initiatives. It’s a start, but we aren’t there yet.

Companies with the ethos of KredosAi are leading the way when it comes to culture and innovation. The team has intentionally built a culture of inclusion where diversity is not only encouraged, but put into action.

87% of tech companies with higher gender diversity report stronger innovation cultures where employees feel empowered to propose new ideas (Innovation Leaders Survey). KredosAi has proven that we can innovate better, move faster, and delight our customers even more when we incorporate the unique perspectives of our team.

The challenges women face when navigating traditionally male-dominated spaces in tech are real. But so is KredosAi’s determination to create real change. Our commitment to equality isn’t just about representation. It’s about ensuring that everyone is valued in shaping the future of technology. This includes our team, customers and partners.

Our diversity brings greater innovation, new approaches to solving problems and true depth of thought. We foster creativity, collaboration and genuine passion for putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. Everyone has a voice at the table. And this is what helps set us apart.
