Frequently Asked Questions
What is reinforcement learning?
Reinforcement learning is a type of machine learning where an agent learns to make decisions by interacting with an environment and receiving feedback through rewards based on the outcome that needs to be achieved.
How is behavioral economics used in the platform?
We have developed a construct called message mechanics, based on 50+ years of research to help design our messages. This ensures that we have a robust set of messages that drive results from day 1.
How is your approach different from A/B testing?
A/B testing is useful when you have a limited number of options to test (e.g., A and B). Our platform is able to test several thousands of actions at the same time and quickly learn what works best for whom.
Do you have case studies you can share?
We would be more than happy to - please contact us below to send us a note.
What is SOC 2 Type 2?
SOC 2 Type 2 is a compliance standard for evaluating a company’s information security practices. It assesses how well an organization implements and maintains controls related to the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of customer data. The "Type 2" report includes both a description of the controls and an auditor's evaluation of their effectiveness based on real-time operation over the audit period.
Has KredosAi gone through a SOC 2 Type 2 audit from an independent auditor?
Yes, we are excited to announce that KredosAI has successfully completed a System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II audit. KredosAI’s SOC 2 Type II report did not have any noted exceptions and was therefore issued with a “clean” audit opinion from our independent auditor.
What type of data do you need to get started?
We like to adapt to our enterprise customer’s needs - to that effect, we have designed our systems and processes to be able to leverage whatever data is available off the shelf to get going and drive results quickly.
How do you measure success?
We measure our success based on the outcomes that matter to our customers. We objectively compare our results to a control group (which could be internal, competitors or industry) to determine our benefits vs. current approach. In addition, we also do a comprehensive ROI analysis which clearly show the value to our customers.
